Universal design consultant to the leading hotel and hospitality brands
Stephen Maley started his career in the design and manufacture of orthotics and prosthetics for young children – and he has had periods with some of the world’s largest health care companies. Stephen is a firm believer that, in order to destigmatise disability, you need to understand it. His training and commercial experience has allowed him to do that.
Family and Childcare Facilities Expert
Now responsible for Worldwide Kids globally, Richard spends much of his time looking at new opportunities and options to bring fully inclusive kids environments to hospitality destinations worldwide.
Mental Health and Wellbeing Lead
Leanne has an undeterrable passion for raising awareness of mental health, encouraging people to talk openly and stamping out the stigma attached once and for all. Leanne has a background of supporting individuals and businesses to navigate the world of mental health.
Graham Race MBE
Graham Race is a pioneer in the field of access to commercial flight for disabled people, having designed the award winning MERU TravelChair and setting up QEF’s ‘Tryb4ufly’.
Having a child with a disability has increased Graham’s desire to see the availability of life changing products and services for disabled people and families and is passionate about the role that aviation can play to inspire independence and achieve life goals.

Shelley is perfectly placed to the support the travel, tourism and hospitality supply chain in identifying and addressing their specific customer requirements. Whether it being designing and specifying equipment, carrying out the installation itself or simply providing on-site training/education seminars.

Steph joins the Inclu Solutions Team and brings with her unique capabilities in the field of ‘total communication’ – an approach which aims to remove barriers to communication by creating resources and visual aids, adapting information into ‘easy read’ formats and developing staff skills.

From humble Kiwi country-kid beginnings with a wilderness playground at his doorstep, to a world traveller, international outdoor guide and expert in adventure tourism, it was clear from the get-go that Jezza Williams was a born adventurer.
Inclusive tourism, access and social enterprise practitioner
Katie has specialist skills in accessible tourism. She operates in the field of global accessible tourism with her work being high on Visit England’s strategic agenda.
As a parent of a disabled child, Katie delivers her training courses from personal experience and with great insight and passion.
Keynote Speaker. Traveller. Motivator
Nadia brings unique insight and capabilities to Inclu Solutions. Ambitious, adventurous and widely travelled, she has already made a name for herself across the globe, influencing and motivating disabled people, travel and care professionals and key political and social decision makers in the USA, India, the UAE and beyond.
Chris contracted polio at seven years of age and is a full-time wheelchair user. Marriage, children, wheelchair basketball, marathons and a full work schedule means he leads a full on life.
Supported Travel & Tourism Design and Development
Ian is a qualified teacher and has lived in France for over a decade. He founded Go Beyond Holidays and is one of its directors.
Go Beyond Holidays provides non-patronising holidays to people who need support on their holiday. The holidays are for people with learning disabilities, people with learning difficulties, people with autism and for people who would consider themselves vulnerable.
Supported Travel & Tourism Design and Development
Neil has experience as a classroom assistant in Special Needs schools including the Dr. Barnardo Special Needs Primary School in Kent. He gained experience of supported holidays in Wales and was also part of a project to support adults with physical and learning disabilities in Malaysia.
Neil is a founder and co-director of Go Provence.
With a degree In Drama studies and an MA in Performing Shakespeare, specialising in Voice and Text and Voice and Space, Sam Hendrix is more than qualified to impart his expertise and passion for ‘voice’ to others.
Animation and Staging
If we had to weave wanderlust and travel experience with a kaleidoscope of stage craft and performing arts know-how (and with unique insight into accessible and inclusive performance), it would be hard to look farther than Melanie Thompson. This means we are able to introduce the global travel, tourism and hospitality industry to a dynamic young talent with an impressive role call of experience and capabilities to bring an innovative and fresh perspective on in-hotel/resort entertainment.
